ABOUT US

Agur and Alice have been friends and colleagues for nearly 20 years and set up Mbodied at the start of Covid in 2020 to be able to offer Pilates and movement classes online. Their Pilates studio: Pilates Sanctuary, that they had opened together in 2006, had closed indefinitely and they wanted to keep teaching their wonderful clients. They realised that with the wealth of combined knowledge and the support of the Pilates community they had established in Clapham, London as well as further afield,  there was a need to continue and grow after the pandemic finished and people could come back to the studio.

Mbodied hosts Pilates, workouts, Garuda Barre, breath work, face exercises and workshops. Alice and Agur also offer face to face massage through Mbodied.
